At McHale Animal Hospital, we are allowing family members to accompany their pet or pets into the building. Curbside service is available to clients who are more comfortable waiting in their car. If this is desired, please call the clinic upon arrival. Unvaccinated individuals visiting us are asked to follow the CDC guidelines for mask use.

We routinely clean and sanitize the exam rooms in between each appointment, and our team members continually wash their hands and wear masks.

Clients who have symptoms of COVID-19 or who are currently in a quarantine protocol due to exposure or positive test result will be asked to reschedule their appointment. If you are unable to visit us due to quarantine and your pet is experiencing an emergency, we ask that you have a family member or friend bring in your pet using our curbside service.

These procedures may change over time, and we will update clients of any new procedures at the time the appointment is made.
