New Policy for Prescription Refills and
Our Client Communication

Due to the increase in demand for prescription refills, we ask that you allow us 48 business hours to process  a prescription. Depending on the schedule and staffing, if we are able to fill the prescription sooner, we will do our best, but in most cases we ask for 48 hours notice. 

In addition, due to the high demand for client communication to our doctors, call backs may take up to 24 business hours to return. If you have a concern that needs to be addressed that is urgent, we ask that you make an appointment. Our team will continue to work hard to be as timely as possible in regards to client communication.
